They are valid retail prices as of date of publishing.
What about SHIPPING?
Shipping from Belgium (Antwerp) will be by mail from Bpost. The package usually leaves Belgium in 3-10 days after payment is received and gets to the destination 2-21 business days later depending on the destination. Delivery time may vary, keep this in mind if you are buying for a special occasion (e.g. birthdays, anniversaries, etc). Delivery times are estimated, I am not responsible for postal or holiday delays or loss.
What about ORDERS?
All pieces are individually handmade, the photographs on this website are as representative of the item as possible. However, some items may vary slightly.
What about PAYMENT?
There are two ways you can pay for you purchase:
- By Stripe
- By PayPal
Products that are not entirely as expected can be returned within 14 calendar days after delivery of the products. The shipping costs for returns are borne by the customer.
The purchase amount will be refunded as soon as I have received the returned items, undamaged and in the original packaging. If the product has been used or damaged, a depreciation charge of up to 100% may be charged.
Please contact me directly at [email protected], as soon as possible to notify if you are returning your purchased item. The returning item remains the customers responsibility until that item is received by ateljee g.
